Becky is a Compensation and HR Consultant, and the founder of Guerrilla HR LLC.  Becky had an extensive career working for a variety of organizations in an HR capacity prior to moving into the consulting space.

Becky found advising organizations on compensation issues and compliance to be the most rewarding aspect of her career.  She started Guerrilla HR to focus on job analysis and documentation, conducting market studies, creating salary structures, and performing equity analysis for employers and workers. 

 

She has witnessed first-hand that employers need to be agile, to evaluate and adjust to rapidly changing market conditions.  Workers are also becoming savvier, and Becky wants to ensure everyone is using valid data to manage expectations and make decisions.

Becky has provided her expertise to various media outlets, including WSOC-TV 9, WCCB Charlotte's CW, WFAE Charlotte Talks NPR, Workspan Magazine, and more.   She is a regular speaker for various business associations.

 

Becky earned her MBA from Marymount University and her BFA from the University of Illinois.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
