At some point we all struggle to reach our full professional potential, whether self-identified or highlighted by an employer.  Sometimes individuals may lack the skills or confidence or allow distractions and doubts to interfere with their progress. Coaching can address these issues. Becky assists clients in defining their professional goals and provides accountability with support to help them achieve those goals.

At Guerrilla HR, our executive coaching emphasizes the importance of presence. Effective leaders possess the ability to influence, engage, and motivate their teams while integrating their unique leadership style.  Organizations need leaders who exhibit professionalism, effective communication, and confidence in times of both stability and tension.

Becky believes coaching benefits everyone, not only those already in leadership positions.  Professional coaching can involve improving interviewing skills with strategies and feedback to present well to potential employers, negotiating for additional duties, benefits, or compensation with a current or future employer, or creating a plan for a career transition.

Executive and professional coaching sessions are generally 50 minutes long and can take place in person within the Charlotte/Fort Mill metro area or online. The number of sessions depends on the specific goals to be achieved.

Becky is a Certified Professional Life Coach and has completed advanced training in life coaching techniques, skills, and processes.  Coaching is not therapy and no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is conducted.
